Sharing on social media, Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Hien (25 years old, living in Ho Chi Minh City), still couldn't stop being emotional when recalling the moment she was saved by many strangers, when she unfortunately fainted in the middle of the street.
Ms. Hien said that on October 3, she drove her motorbike from her home in District 12 to District 1 to take care of some work. Halfway through the journey, she suddenly felt tired and exhausted.

Because she had low blood pressure, Ms. Hien realized that this was a symptom of the disease, so she quickly stopped the car, pulled over and sat down on the road. Feeling short of breath, numb limbs and dizziness made her unable to call for help. Her limbs suddenly became immobile and she passed out.
"I often feel like this, so I feel helpless and hurt. I don't hope anyone will come to help me, I just endure and think to myself that everything will be fine," Hien confided.
However, shortly after, a motorbike taxi driver passing by approached her to inquire about her condition. He signaled a woman who was withdrawing money not far away to come check and assist.

Seeing that Hien had no strength left, the woman asked the security guard of a nearby building to help her into a cool place and watch her motorbike.
This person also continuously patted Hien's back, updated her on her condition and called her family to inform them of the incident. Some people around her even bought her a smoothie and sweet tea to drink to regain her strength.
"That woman even took a taxi to take me to the hospital for observation. My family lives in Long An so they couldn't get there in time and she reluctantly became the patient's family member, started filling out paperwork, paid hospital fees so I could go to the emergency room," Hien said that this woman waited for her to get an IV for nearly 2 hours, completed all the procedures before saying goodbye and leaving.

Hien said that when she asked for her bank account number to pay back the hospital bill, the woman refused and left without leaving any means of contact.
"The doctors in the emergency room told each other that I had met a very kind person. Her actions made me think a lot. Because normally, my frugal lifestyle makes me not take good care of myself, but a stranger took care of me enthusiastically like a family member. That made me feel very touched," Ms. Hien confided.
After this incident, Ms. Hien posted the story on social media to spread positive spirit and at the same time find the benefactor who helped her. The post attracted tens of thousands of views and thousands of interactions. However, to date, the girl has not yet found the identity of the woman mentioned above.
