According to many confirmed sources, CAHN and Quang Hai have reached agreements but have not yet officially signed the contract.
Quang Hai leaves Pau FC after one season
The police team is said to want to give Hai "son" more time with his family and join the Vietnamese team during FIFA Day in June.
It is known that if he agrees to join CAHN, Quang Hai will receive a salary of about more than 100 million VND per month (the highest of CAHN) along with bonuses, the contract will last from one and a half to two years.

Quang Hai himself received an offer with a salary of 500 million/month after leaving Hanoi FC.
Quang Hai and Hanoi FC won 4 V-League championships, 2 National Cups and 3 National Super Cups.
However, by the end of June 2022, the midfielder from Dong Anh decided to leave Hanoi FC to find a new challenge and his destination was Pau FC.
But after 1 year playing for the Southern French team, Quang Hai could not show much when he only played 13 times, scoring 1 goal.
Not long ago, Quang Hai's representative, Mr. Michele Donato Fersini confirmed that Pau FC has agreed to terminate the contract with Quang Hai on June 30.
Besides domestic teams, the player wearing number 19 is also interested in many foreign teams.
Notable among them are several clubs competing in the Indonesian national championship.
