The World Memory Championship is an international event that has been held annually since 1991. The event brings together individuals with impressively high IQs from many countries. These people will participate in rounds to find the final winner. During the competition, the IQ of the individuals will be evaluated in detail.
The World Mind Sports Council is an international organization that specializes in events that measure human IQ. The Council was founded by British educational consultant Tony Buzan (1942-2019). Mr. Buzan is the one who popularized many important concepts in the field of education , including the concept of mind mapping.
Before Kim Young-hoon, an Australian-Chinese university professor named Terence Tao held the title with an IQ of 230.
Regarding the newly released information, Mr. Kim Young-hoon said: "I want to actively use my abilities to serve research and help improve the brain capacity of people around the world."
Kim is the founder of the Sigma Intelligence Society, a non-profit organization that brings together more than 100 individuals with exceptionally high IQs from many countries. The association includes professors from prestigious universities around the world.
Kim graduated from Yonsei University in Korea and is the only Korean member of international organizations such as Mega Community and Giga Community. Members of these organizations are people with exceptionally high IQs from all over the world.
