National Tourism Year 2023 " Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" is an opportunity to enhance the image, position and brand of Vietnamese tourism in general and Binh Thuan province in particular. Therefore, in order to coordinate the implementation of the National Tourism Year 2023, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee was assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to preside over and coordinate with socio-political organizations to proactively propagate and mobilize each union member, association member and people to have a meaningful gift to give to tourists when visiting and relaxing in Binh Thuan .
Thereby, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province has mobilized socio-political organizations, religious organizations, and enterprises in the province to proactively have forms of propaganda and mobilize union members, religious organizations, and ethnic groups to organize activities in response to the National Tourism Year 2023. In particular, propaganda and mobilization of religious organizations to organize traditional festival activities must ensure compliance with the regulations and guidelines of the Party and State, must promote the traditional cultural values of religions and ethnic groups, contributing to promoting the image and unique traditional cultural values of the province to domestic and foreign tourists.
The result was 80 million VND, 1,500 gifts, 1,000 handbooks introducing tourist destinations in Binh Thuan, tens of thousands of gifts initiated by the Youth Union and coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union to organize a gift giving program for tourists visiting, relaxing, and traveling in Binh Thuan with the theme "Each member, association member, and youth - A meaningful gift", thereby giving 200 gifts to tourists. In addition, 2 delegations were organized to give symbolic plaques and gifts at tourist destinations. In total, this gift giving session included 800 gifts, worth about 220 million VND.
In addition, to continue responding to activities during the National Tourism Year, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels in the province has promoted and mobilized cadres, union members, association members and people to actively participate in competitions organized by the culture, sports and tourism sector such as: "Ao Dai Charm" Contest, Video Clip Contest promoting Binh Thuan tourism in 2023... and mobilized the entire population to participate in implementing "Green Sunday", planting trees in response to the project of planting 1 billion trees in the province and "National Tourism Year - Binh Thuan Green Convergence".
