On February 21, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province announced that it had just issued a plan to implement socio -economic development cooperation activities between Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Dinh province in 2025.
The cooperation programs between the two localities are implemented based on the socio-economic development cooperation agreement between Ho Chi Minh City and the Central Coast provinces for the period 2023 - 2025 signed previously.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, the activities in the cooperation plan will specify the contents of the agreement between the two sides in areas such as:
Connecting supply and demand of goods, industrial development, trade and investment promotion, tourism, science and technology, agriculture , transportation, education and training, healthcare...
Through the cooperation program, the two sides will establish a sustainable cooperative relationship between localities, bringing practical benefits to the socio-economic development of each locality. Along with that, promoting the role of enterprises, forming a supply chain for rapid and sustainable economic development.
The expected contents to be implemented between the two sides include: Investment promotion conference and image promotion, information about investment environment of Binh Dinh province; support for organizing exhibition fair of Binh Dinh province products in Ho Chi Minh City;
Cooperate to connect and develop tourism routes between Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Dinh province; implement the Cooperation Agreement on development in the health sector between Ho Chi Minh City and the Central coastal provinces and cities in 2025;
Support the exchange of experiences in urban management, smart cities, and model cities in Ho Chi Minh City; support Binh Dinh province in social security work, building houses for poor and disadvantaged households.
