Accordingly, in the first semester of this school year, Petrolimex continues to grant 9 scholarships to HUST students who received scholarships in the second semester of the 2023-2024 school year and grants 11 new scholarships to third-year students, with priority given to students who wish to work at Petrolimex after graduation. The value of the scholarships ranges from 10,000,000 VND to 20,000,000 VND.
This is a continuation of the program that Petrolimex has coordinated with HUST to implement since semester II of the 2023-2024 school year to attract and develop young, high-quality human resources for the Group, with priority scholarships for talented students who wish to work for Petrolimex after graduation.
The scholarship also targets students from disadvantaged families and students with good English skills to provide balanced opportunities and promote creative learning spirit, meeting the requirements of the modern industrial environment.
This year, the scholarship is awarded to full-time first-degree undergraduate students starting their 6th semester in the following majors: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Business Analytics. The criteria for being on the scholarship list is that students need to achieve a cumulative grade point average (CPA) calculated on a 4-point scale (CPA) and have a cumulative grade point average of good or higher (from 65 points or higher).
