Suspecting that the driver's license was not issued by a competent authority, the working group quickly investigated and Tuyen admitted that he had ordered the driver's license online, but to this day he does not remember clearly who he bought it from or where.
Also on February 9, on National Highway 1, through Tra Canh A2 Hamlet, Thuan Hoa Commune, Chau Thanh District, at 3:53 p.m., the working group recorded a motorbike with license plate 62P1-919.36 violating the speed limit (80/70km/h) so they stopped the vehicle for inspection.
The driver, Nguyen Hoang Minh (39 years old), residing in Phu Tam commune, Chau Thanh district (Soc Trang province), presented a class A1 driver's license, number 940229001881 issued by the Soc Trang Department of Transport and other relevant documents.
Working with the task force, Mr. Minh confessed that he had purchased the driver's license online, and to this day he does not remember who or where he bought it.
In the third case, at around 8:00 p.m. on February 9, the police received a report from the facility that a man about 30 years old named Hung Anh was driving a white 7-seat Xpander car with license plate 64A-159.40, who had previously bragged about buying a fake driver's license online, and was traveling from Vinh Long to Nam Hai, Bac Lieu .
At 11:10 p.m. the same day, at Km 2140+900 National Highway 1, Dai An Hamlet, Dai Tam Commune, My Xuyen District, the working group discovered a car not using headlights at night, so they stopped to check and discovered vehicle with license plate 64A-159.40 (similar to the report), so they checked the driver's license.
Through inspection, it was discovered that Ngo Hung Anh (28 years old, residing in Long Ho district, Vinh Long province) was using Class C driver's license number 920192672239, valid until March 26, 2024.
Suspecting that the driver's license was not issued by a competent authority, the unit quickly investigated. Mr. Anh confessed that he had purchased the driver's license online in 2019 and now does not remember clearly who he bought it from or where.
All three cases were recorded by the Working Group for administrative violations, and their driving licenses were sealed and transferred to the competent authority for handling according to regulations.
