The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has just sent an official dispatch to the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns on strengthening support activities for Ha Tinh workers before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2024.
The Ha Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City plans to give away 1,000 free bus tickets to students and workers in difficult circumstances to return home to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2024.
The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs is implementing activities to implement the direction of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee in Notice No. 332-TB/BCSĐ dated December 20, 2023; Plan No. 376/KH-TLĐ dated November 27, 2023 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on organizing activities to care for union members and workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024 with the theme: "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing"; Directive No. 02/CT-UBND dated January 4, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on strengthening leadership and direction in implementing tasks before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2024; Official dispatch No. 110/UBND-VX 2 dated January 5, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on assigning coordination to organize "Zero-dong bus trip" for Ha Tinh students and workers to return home for Tet 2024.
Accordingly, in order to prepare well the conditions to serve the people to celebrate the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin joyfully, healthily, safely and economically; promote the recovery and development of production and business in all fields, creating momentum for the successful implementation of the socio -economic development tasks in 2024; The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs requests the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to focus on effectively implementing activities on grasping salaries, bonuses and labor relations in enterprises.
At the same time, proactively grasp the situation of workers returning to their localities for Tet, synthesize and coordinate with the Ha Tinh Employment Service Center to organize job fairs connecting labor supply and demand before, during and after the Lunar New Year.
Localities coordinate with the Ha Tinh Business Association in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and the Red Letter Association at the same level to organize the "Zero-VND Bus Trip" program (according to Document No. 38/CV-HTBAS dated December 20, 2023 of the Southern Ha Tinh Business Association), directing the People's Committees of communes, wards, and towns to inform and propagate so that people can grasp the purpose, meaning, and coordinated support activities.
The "Zero-VND Bus" program, organized by the Southern Ha Tinh Business Association, is expected to distribute 1,000 free bus tickets to students and workers in difficult circumstances to return home for Tet in 2024. - Subjects eligible for free tickets: Students and workers in especially difficult circumstances (themselves or their families have relatives in areas affected by natural disasters, fires; low income due to difficulties at the unit or business where the worker works...). - Registration period: Until January 10, 2024. - How to register: Register through the Red Cross/Fatherland Front Committee of the district, city, town. - Time for reviewing and announcing the list: From January 11, 2024 to January 20, 2024. - Ticket receiving time: From January 21, 2024 - January 25, 2024. - Ticket receiving location: Southern Ha Tinh Business Association (No. 12, Street No. 7, Van Phuc Urban Area, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City). - Departure time: 7:00 a.m. February 4, 2024 (December 25th Lunar calendar). - Departure location: Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport (No. 02 Vo Oanh Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City).
