Hai Van Ward awarded the first 7 pink books to citizens

DNO - On the afternoon of August 1, the People's Committee of Hai Van Ward organized a ceremony to award 7 certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land to the first citizens of the ward since the implementation of the 2-level local government model.

Directly presenting the certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land (pink books) and giving congratulatory flowers to the citizens, Chairman of Hai Van Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thuc Dung said that the cases granted these pink books had previously submitted their applications to the People's Committees of the old wards.

From July 1, the files were handed over to the new ward for further implementation. On that basis, Hai Van ward quickly received and resolved to issue pink books to people in accordance with the correct procedures and regulations.

The granting of pink books to the people of the ward after operating the 2-level local government model is an important step forward, demonstrating administrative reform, improving the effectiveness of state management, helping people feel more secure in exercising their legal rights.
