(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of January 20, at the 5-storey Lam Tuong apartment building (No. 345 To Hieu), the People's Committee of Ho Nam Ward, Le Chan District organized a propaganda program and a fire prevention, fighting and rescue drill in 2024 in the ward.
Attending were members of the People's Protection Committee, Militia, Party cell secretaries, heads of residential groups and residential areas, households, and houses combining production and business in the ward.

At the program, local residents were instructed by the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Team of Le Chan District Police and disseminated knowledge related to fire and explosion situations and the importance of fire prevention and fire fighting; basic knowledge of fire prevention and fire fighting as well as fire fighting and escape procedures when a fire or explosion occurs.
