At two locations where encroachment on corridors for trading goods and spontaneously setting up children's playgrounds frequently occur, namely Kim Tan Square and the pedestrian street yard, mobile patrol teams have stepped up propaganda, reminded violating businesses and strictly handled cases of intentional violations.
However, in reality, in Kim Tan ward, as well as many areas of Lao Cai city, there is still a lack of playgrounds for children and attractive tourist destinations on weekends and holidays, so there is a great need for destinations that are managed safely, ensuring security and order.
According to Mr. Le Van Manh, Vice Chairman of Kim Tan Ward People's Committee, Lao Cai City, Kim Tan Ward People's Committee hopes that the city and all levels and sectors of the province will consider and create a pilot space for sales and entertainment that is safely managed in the night market area to serve the needs of the people and tourists when coming to the city, of which Kim Tan Ward is the center.
