Accordingly, defending champion PVF had a convincing 2-0 victory over Hanoi U21 team in the final match of the National U15 Championship - Acecook Cup 2025.
In the group stage of the National U15 Tournament – Acecook Cup 2025, the PVF team suffered a 2-4 defeat against the Hanoi team. However, in the next confrontation in the final match, things were not the same as before.
After the defeat, PVF played more cautiously from the start of the match and focused on defending their home field to prevent Hanoi’s attacks. This tactic was effective as Hanoi had difficulty in launching attacks to approach the home team’s goal.
PVF team not only played solidly in defense but also very sharp in counter-attacks when there was an opportunity.
One of the notable moments happened in the 31st minute, when Trong Hiep took advantage of the opportunity in the penalty area, decisively shooting to open the score for the defending champions.
The score of 1-0 remained until the end of the first half. With the lead, the PVF team played with more confidence in the second half. The home team continued to use defensive counter-attack tactics, exploiting the opponent's impatience.
At the same time, although Hanoi team actively pushed up the formation and increased ball control, their attacking plans were easily predictable.
In such a match, the second goal of PVF team scored by Bao Anh in the 75th minute was considered completely reasonable.
At the end of the match, the PVF team excellently defeated the Hanoi team with a score of 2-0, thereby maintaining the championship title at the national U15 tournament. The convincing victory of the PVF team showed the maturity, bravery and high determination of the young players.
