The Central Steering Committee on Science , Technology, Innovation and Digital Transformation has just officially launched 3 digital platforms to serve the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh , Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and leaders of ministries and branches performed the button-pressing ceremony to launch the three platforms, marking an important step forward in digitizing the work of directing, monitoring and responding to policies in the fields of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Three digital platforms were launched: the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal, the Information System for Monitoring and Evaluating Resolution 57-NQ/TW, and the System for Receiving and Processing Feedback, Recommendations, and Initiatives for Science, Technology, Innovation, and National Digital Transformation.
In particular, the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal is the Party's official information channel on cyberspace, not only providing complete and timely information on the Party's policies, guidelines and activities but also serving as a bridge between the Party and its cadres, party members and people.
The monitoring and evaluation system of Resolution 57 is a tool to monitor, analyze, and measure the level of implementation of the goals and tasks according to the resolution, ensuring that data is strictly managed according to the principle of "correct, sufficient, clean, and alive" and that policies can be tested in a controlled environment before being widely deployed.
The system for receiving, processing feedback, recommendations and initiatives acts as a two-way interactive channel between organizations, individuals and authorities, contributing to removing obstacles, receiving proposals and giving advice to improve policies and laws and promote the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.
Putting the three digital platforms into operation is a concrete first step to implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW in a systematic, transparent and effective manner, while affirming the Party's determination to innovate its leadership and management methods in the digital age.
