Launching the Binh Thuan Province Sports Kite Federation

BTO-On the morning of January 21, in Hoa Thang commune (Bac Binh), the 1st Congress of Delegates of the Binh Thuan Sports Kite Federation was held for the term (2024-2029). Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan and leaders of the People's Committee of Bac Binh district attended. The Binh Thuan Sports Kite Federation was approved by the Provincial People's Committee to be established under Decision No. 2641 dated December 19, 2023.

Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam, Deputy Director of Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, spoke at the congress.

The Congress of Delegates of the Binh Thuan Province Sports Kite Federation is the moment to mark a new organization with many new activities that will take place locally in the near future , meeting the needs of fans and many people who are passionate about this sport. Although still new, it will create momentum to bring the sports kite movement in the province to new heights.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tam hoped that the federation would make every effort to promote the kite movement to develop widely throughout the province . In particular, it is important to attract young people, teenagers, and students to participate in order to develop the movement . At the same time, it is necessary to build a system and expand the province's traditional tournaments, and pay attention to training a team of coaches, athletes, and referees with good moral qualities and professional qualifications . It is necessary to expand relationships with regional, national, and international organizations to learn from scientific and professional working methods .

Launching the Federation Executive Committee for the first term (2024 - 2029)

Currently, the Federation has attracted over 100 members. At the congress, the Logo of the Binh Thuan Sports Kite Federation was introduced as well as the Executive Board of the Binh Thuan Sports Kite Federation was launched. The establishment of the Binh Thuan Sports Kite Federation is of great significance in creating favorable conditions for management, promoting relationships with regional and national federations to train human resources, organize events and host sports kite competitions in the province, region, country and international. In addition, the Kite Federation also contributes to diversifying sports, creating unique highlights, helping to promote the image and destination of Binh Thuan to tourists.
