According to OneHousing, the real estate market has been difficult recently, transactions have decreased, liquidity has hit rock bottom, so most businesses have cut staff, including brokers.
From now until the end of the year, OneHousing plans to recruit about 1,000 brokers in the Hanoi market.
According to statistics from the Vietnam Association of Realtors (VARS), by 2022, there will be about 200,000 people working as real estate brokers in Vietnam. However, by the end of the second quarter of 2023, the number of active brokers will only be about 30% - 40% compared to the beginning of 2022. Notably, in some areas, 80% of real estate brokers have quit their jobs.
According to VARS, 554 real estate businesses were dissolved in the first five months of 2023, up 30.4% year-on-year. Overall, over 95% of real estate businesses nationwide had to reduce their workforce.
According to OneHousing, recently, the real estate market has shown signs of recovery, with some investors offering attractive sales policies... It is forecasted that from now until the end of the year, the supply and consumption of real estate in Hanoi will gradually recover.

The authenticity of real estate asset value is guaranteed by banks and provided with high loan rates.
