On the evening of September 30, the music event HAY FEST 2023 took place at Yen So Park (Hanoi). With the message "Where youth gathers", the program brought together a lineup of famous artists with two international names, Ronan Keating (Boyzone) and the band Epik High (Korea). Along with that, prominent young faces, representing different music genres of the Vietnamese music scene also appeared such as: Trung Quan, Hoang Dung, Thinh Suy, MCK, Bui Truong Linh, GiGi Huong Giang...
The stage of HAY FEST season 2 is designed to be more elaborate and magnificent than season 1. To approach international stages, the crew continues to use the L-Acoustic speaker system - a brand associated with more than 60% of high-end music festivals in the world .

The most anticipated highlight at HAY FEST was probably the appearance of international star Ronan Keating. At nearly 50 years old, the leader of the Boyzone band is still very stylish and handsome with a warm, soulful voice. In the middle of the show, the male singer took off his vest, stirring up the stage space.
The familiar melodies of the 1990s echoed on stage, bringing the audience back to their beautiful youth. Songs like Baby can I hold you, Words, No matter what, When you say nothing at al ... were performed by Ronan Keating in their entirety, not much different from the recording. Ronan Keating's set lasted 40 minutes, attracting more than 5,000 attendees.

Appearing for the first time in Vietnam, the legendary K-pop hip-hop group - Epik High also left an impression on the public. Recreating a series of "hits" such as No thanxxx, Rain song, Love love, Home is far away, Fan..., Epik High showed their energy. Their popularity has not diminished after more than 20 years of being a group. They also moved fans when they affirmed that they regretted not coming to Vietnam sooner, then declared that they were 100% sure that they would return to Vietnam and possibly hold a concert for the audience.

Coming from Thai Nguyen , Minh Ngoc (35 years old) said: "I am so happy to relive my youth, the time when I watched MTV music shows on TV through Ronan Keating's songs. Hopefully next year there will be more international artists coming to Vietnam, so we can continue to enjoy quality shows like this". Meanwhile, Nguyen Thanh Trung (32 years old, Ho Chi Minh City) shared that he is a long-time fan of Epik High: "I never expected to see Epik High perform in Vietnam. Witnessing the musical space they brought, I was very moved".
Besides 2 famous international names, Vietnamese artists such as Trung Quan, Hoang Dung, Thinh Suy, Minh Dinh, Bui Truong Linh... also proved their unique musical personalities at HAYFEST 2023. Ending late at 24 o'clock on the same day, the program still retained thousands of audiences, proving the appeal of a civilized, quality and colorful music space.
