Complete biometric update right on Sacombank Pay app

Biometric update method via VNeID is for customers who have identified level 2 on VNeID and updated to the latest version of Sacombank Pay.

With simple operations, customers can complete biometric updates right on the application without needing an NFC-enabled phone.

The steps include: Select the "Biometrics" feature on Sacombank Pay - Select "Edit" and choose the method of updating personal information using "Electronic identification account (VNeID)" - Take a photo of the front, scan the QR code on the ID card/citizen ID and identify the face - Check the information, authenticate and log in to the VNeID application to share data.

In addition, the new version of Sacombank Pay also expands the money transfer utility thanks to payment linkage with Zalo . Now, when receiving account information (including account number and beneficiary bank) or VietQR code in Zalo message, customers just need to click "Transfer money" and select Sacombank from the list of banking applications.

The transaction will be immediately redirected through Sacombank Pay with account information automatically filled in, helping customers save time, minimize data entry and avoid unnecessary errors. In case customers are opening Zalo, they can also scan the VietQR code at stores to make payment.

In particular, from now on, all customers, including foreigners, can use Sacombank Pay by registering for the service at the counter to enjoy digital banking utilities, meeting personal and work financial needs.
