On November 22, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee issued a document assigning the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Da Lat City People's Committee, according to their assigned functions and tasks, to proactively coordinate with relevant agencies, units and event organizers to deploy the operation of Drone Light to perform in the Opening Ceremony of the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival - 2024.

The flight location is a 1,000m2 vacant lot in Da Lat Doi Cu Golf Course (adjacent to Tran Quoc Toan Street, opposite Lam Vien Square). The official performance date is the night of December 5, the opening ceremony of the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:50 p.m. according to the Organizing Committee's script.
All drones take off in 5-10 flights, each flight of 100-150 drones vertically to a height of about 30-50m, moving horizontally to the performance area within a 300m radius of the take-off point, creating pre-programmed light images. On December 3, the performance unit will hold a rehearsal.
The 10th Da Lat Flower Festival - 2024 has the theme "Da Lat Flowers - Symphony of Colors". The opening ceremony of the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival will be held on the evening of December 5, and the closing ceremony will be held on the evening of December 31, combined with the art program welcoming the new year 2025, both taking place at Lam Vien Square, Da Lat City.
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival is a cultural and tourism festival of the province organized to promote the image of culture, people and tourism of Da Lat - Lam Dong to domestic and international tourists.
