Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company has just announced to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE) about changing the position of the company's general director.

Accordingly, the company's Board of Directors said it had approved the resignation of Mr. Chaowalist Treejak from the position of general director due to "health conditions".

Mr. Chaowalist Treejak has not retired yet, effective from June 1. Thus, he is still the general director of Binh Minh Plastics and will remain in office until May 31.

After Mr. Chaowalist Treejak officially retires, Mr. Niwat Athiwattananont will replace him as General Director of Binh Minh Plastics with a 5-year appointment term.

BMP is a long-standing brand in the construction plastics industry, mainly operating in the Southern region and currently accounts for more than 50% of the plastic pipe market share here, according to a report by Mirae Asset Securities.
