From the information received, many violations have been promptly handled by the authorities, contributing to ensuring traffic safety. One typical case is the reflection of the Viet Hung passenger bus running on the Hung Yen - Bien Hoa route, license plate 34F-008.xx, showing signs of overloading passengers.

According to the report sent to the Director's phone number on July 18, this passenger bus allowed passengers to lie down in the aisle, causing unsafe traffic. Immediately after that, the information was sent to the Traffic Police on duty on the route. At 5:00 p.m. the same day, the patrol team of the Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Province stopped and inspected the vehicle. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the bus was carrying 49 people, while it was only designed to carry 34 people, exceeding the number of passengers by 15. The working group drew up a record of the violation and proceeded to handle it according to regulations.

In addition, on the morning of July 19, a case of transporting people in a truck bed against regulations was also reported by the people through the phone number of Major General Do Thanh Binh. Immediately after receiving the information, the traffic police force quickly verified and handled the case.

According to the Traffic Police Department, in addition to the Director's personal phone number, people can send their feedback through channels such as: VNeID, VNeTraffic, iHanoi applications, hotline, or through the Department's official Facebook page - currently with more than 45,000 followers. These channels are showing positive effects in receiving, processing information and interacting with people.

Major General Do Thanh Binh emphasized that in addition to reporting violations, people are encouraged to provide information about shortcomings in traffic organization such as: signs that obstruct visibility, unreasonable lane markings, degraded infrastructure systems, etc. These are issues that are the responsibility of both the authorities and infrastructure management agencies. Timely handling will contribute to improving the quality of traffic management and safety nationwide.
