Accordingly, at around 4:00 a.m. the same day, driver Doan Van Thien (born in 1986), residing in Dong Le commune, Quang Tri province, was driving a tractor with license plate 73H-010.xx pulling a trailer with license plate 73R-012.xx on the Ho Chi Minh route, East branch, in the South-North direction.
When reaching km 1071 in An Phu village, Con Tien commune, Quang Tri province, there was a collision with a truck with license plate 29H-920.xx driven by Mr. Tran Duc Minh (born in 1986), residing in Thai Nguyen province, with Mr. Vu Chi Dam (born in 1979), residing in Hanoi , traveling in the opposite direction.
The tractor then collided with a truck with license plate 37E-002.xx driven by Nguyen Dinh Huu (born in 1993), residing in Nghe An province, which was parked on the side of the road. The series of collisions damaged the front of the truck with license plate 29H-920.xx and injured driver Tran Duc Minh.
Upon receiving the news, the Traffic Police arrived at the scene to direct traffic and assist in rescuing the vehicles involved in the accident. The cause of the incident is being investigated by the authorities.
