
Accordingly, a number of electronic tax systems will be temporarily suspended for upgrading and conversion, specifically: The Tax Department's electronic information system (website); Tax practice management system (THI); E-commerce information portal; Electronic information portal for households and individuals doing e-commerce and digital business; Electronic Tax application (eTax); Electronic Tax application for individuals (iCanhan); Electronic Tax application for mobile devices (eTax Mobile); Information portal system for information exchange with external units and organizations (DataHub/GIP/T2B); Electronic invoice system; Internal management system of the Tax sector.
However, during the process of upgrading and converting applications, the Tax Department will continue to receive and handle tax administrative procedures directly at the one-stop department and via post.
“During the suspension period, the system may experience service interruptions. The progress of resolving and returning results may be delayed. The Tax Department sincerely apologizes and hopes to receive the understanding of taxpayers,” said a representative of the Tax Department.
During the implementation process, according to the Tax Department, if taxpayers have any problems, they can contact the Tax Department's support channel (Phone number 024.37689679, extension 2180), email address nhomhttdt@gdt.gov.vn and the hotline number of the standing department supporting taxpayers when organizing and arranging the tax agency's apparatus (publicly posted on the Tax Department's website).
