Temporarily stop all traffic through Km11+380.53 of Hai Van - Tuy Loan tunnel and residential road.

DNO - Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company has just announced that it will divert and regulate traffic through Hai Van Tunnel to ensure traffic safety during the blasting period, serving the construction of the coastal road project connecting Lien Chieu Port. Accordingly, the blasting time will be from 13:15 to 13:45 on September 25.

The blasting construction location is the final intersection at Km2+591 of the coastal road connecting Lien Chieu port (intersection at Km11+380.53 of the Hai Van - Tuy Loan tunnel route) in Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district.

This location is constructed by Phu Vinh Construction Company Limited, the blasting unit is Trung Trung Bo Mining Chemical Industry Company, with the following works: blasting, breaking the roadbed rock, digging the final intersection.

During the blasting period, all traffic will be temporarily stopped at Km11+380.53 of Hai Van - Tuy Loan tunnel and residential roads.

Traffic police forces, construction units and Hai Van Tunnel Traffic Control Center will coordinate to arrange 3 checkpoints to regulate and temporarily stop traffic, ensuring traffic safety during the blasting period.

Specifically, checkpoint No. 1 is at the northern entrance of Hai Van tunnel (intersection with National Highway 1A at Km893+020). Here, vehicles are instructed to temporarily stop for 30 minutes to wait for the mine to explode before passing through Hai Van tunnel or going towards Hai Van pass.

Checkpoint No. 2 is located 30m north of Ta Quang Buu roundabout and Nam Hai Van - Tuy Loan road. At checkpoint No. 2, vehicles are instructed to stop for 30 minutes to wait for the mine to explode before passing through Hai Van tunnel or going towards Hai Van pass or following Nam Hai Van - Tuy Loan road to La Son - Tuy Loan highway.

Checkpoint No. 3 is located north of Bridge No. 4, Km9+300 of Nam Hai Van - Tuy Loan road. At this location, vehicles are instructed to stop for 30 minutes to wait for the mine to explode so that traffic can continue from north to south on Nam Hai Van - Tuy Loan road.

This is the first blast in the blasting plan for the coastal road project connecting Lien Chieu port. There are expected to be 40 blasts in total. Based on the construction site conditions, the Management Board of Priority Infrastructure Investment Projects in Da Nang will notify 5 days in advance for coordination between the parties.
