Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau has just decided to award a certificate of merit and a bonus to Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang for bravely saving three drowning students.
The People's Committee of Nam Sach district (Hai Duong) has just organized a ceremony to present a certificate of merit from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province to Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang (50 years old, local).
Ms. Trang was awarded a certificate of merit for her direct efforts in saving three children from drowning on the afternoon of February 1 (the 4th day of the Lunar New Year) at a lake in Nam Sach town, Nam Sach district.

Previously, at around 5:00 p.m. on February 1, three students from Nam Sach town and some friends went out to play in the urban area west of Nam Sach town and unfortunately had an accident. Accordingly, a girl and two boys fell into the lake in this urban area.
At that time, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Trang was walking and discovered the children drowning. She immediately crossed the railing and jumped into the lake to save them. Mrs. Trang's husband also joined in and helped save the three children.
The leader of Nam Sach District People's Committee affirmed that this is a noble gesture, an action with profound humanitarian meaning, which needs to spread further in the community.
