Strengthening the relationship between Oudomxay province (Laos) and Ha Nam province

Speaking at the welcoming ceremony for the delegation, comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, expressed her pleasure to welcome and work with the delegation and informed them about the results of Party building, political system building and socio-economic development of Ha Nam province.

Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee spoke at the conference.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee believes that, within the framework of the delegation's visit and work in Ha Nam province, the people's representatives of Ha Nam and Oudomxay provinces will continue to exchange experiences in implementing friendly activities between the two provinces; at the same time, propose measures to continue consolidating and enhancing the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Ha Nam and Oudomxay provinces, bringing this relationship to a new height.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee also hoped that Ha Nam and Oudomxay provinces would continue cultural exchanges, sign more expanded cooperation agreements in a number of fields, and carry out more meaningful and practical cooperation activities. Thereby, strengthening the strong and comprehensive friendship between the two localities.

In his response, Comrade Bounkhong Lachiemphone, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Oudomxay Province (Lao People's Democratic Republic) expressed his gratitude for the warm and thoughtful reception of Ha Nam Province for the delegation. The Governor emphasized that the relationship between Ha Nam and Oudomxay Province is a long-standing traditional relationship in many fields and has achieved positive results.

Comrade Bounkhong Lachiemphone, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Governor of Oudomxay Province (Lao People's Democratic Republic) spoke at the conference.

On this occasion, Comrade Bounkhong Lachiemphone suggested that in the coming time, the two provinces will continue to effectively implement the signed documents and maintain good relations between the two provinces; hoped that the leaders of Ha Nam province will continue to direct and promote departments, branches and sectors to effectively implement the signed documents; proposed that Ha Nam province support scholarships to train human resources for Oudomxay province within the province's framework; shared experiences in building the province's Public Administration Center and the field of new rural construction and hoped to attract many enterprises of Ha Nam province to invest in building model projects in Oudomxay province.

During the meeting, delegates exchanged information on the socio -economic development situation; cooperation results in recent times, and directions for promoting cooperation in a number of fields in the coming time.
