Giving gifts to 80 vulnerable people at Huong Ha Nguyet Social Protection Center

On the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Vietnamese Family Day (June 28, 2001 - June 28, 2025), on June 28, the Vietnam Women Journalists Club visited and presented gifts to 80 vulnerable people at Huong Ha Nguyet Social Protection Center (Hoa Thuong town, Dong Hy district).

Here, members of the Vietnam Women Journalists Club kindly visited and encouraged the subjects being cared for at the Center; encouraged the collective leadership and employees of the Center to continue to make efforts and unite to overcome difficulties to help and better care for the vulnerable and disadvantaged in society.

The center is caring for and nurturing 80 vulnerable people, including: orphans, abandoned children, people with disabilities, the elderly, lonely people with no place to rely on, and other volunteers.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Women Journalists Club presented 10 million VND, 5 boxes of laundry detergent and many meaningful gifts to Huong Ha Nguyet Social Protection Center, with the hope that these small but emotional gifts will contribute more motivation to help the disadvantaged people being cared for here have more faith and will to live.

Established and put into operation since April 2013, Huong Ha Nguyet Social Protection Center is the first and only private social protection facility in Thai Nguyen province. Currently, the Center is caring for and nurturing 80 vulnerable subjects, including: orphans, abandoned children, people with disabilities, the elderly, lonely people with no place to rely on and other volunteers.
