Mr. Nicolai Prytz, Danish Ambassador to Vietnam, said that after LEGO invested in building a factory with an investment capital of 1 billion USD in Binh Duong, the world's largest jewelry company, Pandora, also decided to invest in building a factory worth 150 million USD in Binh Duong province. This confirms that Vietnam is a very good destination for investment. The Ambassador emphasized that the LEGO factory project is Denmark's largest foreign investment project, and is also a typical example of green and sustainable development. Mr. Nicolai Prytz also expressed his impression of Vietnam's strong commitment to reduce net emissions to zero by 2050 at COP26, saying that efforts to implement the commitment will give Vietnam an advantage in attracting foreign investment. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang affirmed that the Vietnamese Government attaches great importance and pays special attention to the LEGO Factory project, not only because of the large amount of investment capital, but also because it is consistent with the general development trend of the world and is one of the important solutions for Vietnam to realize its commitments at COP26. According to the Deputy Prime Minister , the LEGO factory project will be a typical example in attracting foreign investment to Vietnam in the coming time, because the project initiates a trend and green production method that Vietnam and the world are aiming for. The Deputy Prime Minister said that the presence of the LEGO factory in Vietnam is also a testament to the realization of the commitments of the leaders of the two countries to strengthen investment and trade relations between the two countries. On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister also hoped that the Danish Ambassador and the leaders of the LEGO Group would continue to attract and call on Danish enterprises to invest and do business in Vietnam.
