On December 23, the People's Committee of Krong Pac district held a training conference on connecting the iDesk system with the VNPT -iOffice system for businesses in the area.
The training was attended by more than 100 delegates from departments, offices, and units of the district; People's Committees of communes and towns; organizations and enterprises in Krong Pac district.

The core content of the training program includes: general instructions on digital transformation and promoting digital transformation application for organizations and enterprises; how to use the VNPT-iOffice document management and operation software system to connect with the iDesk document management and operation system; digitally signing electronic documents, sending and receiving electronic documents of organizations and enterprises with state management agencies in the district.
It is known that the proposal to establish a connection between the VNPT-iOffice system and the iDesk system between state agencies and organizations and enterprises in Krong Pac district was approved by the Provincial People's Committee on December 15, 2023.
Accordingly, organizations and businesses can send and receive documents with state management agencies of Krong Pac district from the VNPT-iOffice system instead of the traditional forms of sending and receiving directly or by post .

This change of Krong Pac district will help organizations and businesses reduce costs and time in exchanging documents with state agencies. At the same time, it contributes to promoting transparency, publicity and accessibility of state management information for organizations and individuals. This is also an important content to promote the development of digital government, digital economy and digital society of Krong Pac district.
