The gong songs expected to be taught include: welcoming guests, celebrating new rice, celebrating weddings, praying to the forest god during festivals. The training location is at the Ma ethnic cultural house, Ta Lai commune.
The opening of training classes to teach the art of gong playing to young people of the Ma and Stieng ethnic groups aims to preserve and promote the heritage values of ethnic minorities; helping young people perceive the artistic value of gong heritage in today's life.
