To limit dangerous complications affecting the health of the mother as well as the fetus, pregnant women need to have regular check-ups or check-ups whenever they notice unusual symptoms in the body.

Depending on the level of excess amniotic fluid, the doctor will prescribe the appropriate treatment or remedy for the pregnant mother. In addition to following the treatment regimen prescribed by the doctor, pregnant women with excess amniotic fluid should also pay attention to a scientific diet with adequate protein supplementation; eat lots of green vegetables, limit consumption of vegetables containing a lot of water, reduce the processing of soups or stews; actively supplement fruits, prioritizing those rich in fiber and good vitamins such as apples, papaya, bananas... limit juicy fruits such as oranges and watermelon.
