On the occasion of the 64th anniversary of the Agent Orange Disaster in Vietnam (August 10, 1961 - August 10, 2025), on August 1, the Phu Tho Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin visited and presented gifts to Agent Orange victims in especially difficult circumstances in the areas: Phu Ninh Commune, Van Phu Ward and Thanh Mieu Ward.

Leaders of Phu Tho Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin presented gifts to Mr. Le Van Nhac's family - Nui Trang area, Phu Ninh commune.

The delegation visited and presented gifts to 7 families of Agent Orange victims suffering from serious illnesses and in extremely difficult circumstances: Mr. Le Van Nhac - Nui Trang area, Phu Ninh commune, family with 3 victims; Mr. Nguyen Hung Sinh - Tam Vong area, Phu Ninh commune, family with 2 victims, Mr. Sinh himself is both a victim and a 2/4 class disabled veteran; Mr. Lai Quyet Chien - area 1, Van Phu ward - direct victim; Mr. Nguyen Duc Linh - area 3, Van Phu ward - deformed, mentally disabled victim; Mr. Nguyen Van Tiep - Minh Ha street, Thanh Mieu ward, family with 3 victims; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Lung (deceased) - Doan Ket area, Thanh Mieu ward, currently has 5 victims; Mr. Pham Quang Dung - Hung Vuong street, Thanh Mieu ward, has 2 victims.

Leaders of Phu Tho Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin presented gifts to Mr. Nguyen Duc Linh - Zone 3, Van Phu Ward - a victim with deformities and intellectual disabilities.

At the families they visited, the leaders of the Phu Tho Association of Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims kindly asked about their health, shared their difficulties in life and expressed deep sympathy for the losses and disadvantages that the victims and their relatives had to endure. At the same time, the Association also encouraged the families to continue to rise up, maintain faith and optimism, overcome their circumstances together and integrate into the community.

Leaders of Phu Tho Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Tiep - Minh Ha street, Thanh Mieu ward.

It is known that on this occasion, the Association has taken from the fund to give 40 gifts, worth 20 million VND in total, to families of Agent Orange victims in difficult circumstances in the area to visit and encourage. This is an annual activity with many profound humanitarian meanings, expressing the affection and responsibility of the Association and the community towards those affected by chemical warfare, contributing to easing the pain of Agent Orange, spreading love and humanity in society.
