On the afternoon of July 9, a working delegation of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union led by Comrade Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union and President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association, visited and encouraged youth volunteer teams participating in supporting the government and people in handling administrative procedures and operating two-level local governments at the headquarters of the Public Administration Service Center of Bat Xat and Trinh Tuong communes, Lao Cai province.
Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Minh Triet acknowledged and commended the timely and effective participation of youth volunteer teams that have supported the government and people in recent times.
On this occasion, Secretary of the Central Youth Union Nguyen Minh Triet presented gifts to encourage the spirit of youth in the two communes of Bat Xat and Trinh Tuong.
The Secretary of the Central Youth Union affirmed that this is a vivid demonstration of the pioneering role of young people in administrative reform and comprehensive digital transformation of localities and the country.
Comrade Nguyen Minh Triet suggested that local Youth Unions continue to replicate effective models; ensuring sustainability throughout the campaign.
Special attention should be paid to densely populated areas as well as remote areas where people still face many difficulties in accessing information technology and online public services such as Lao Cai province in particular and disadvantaged areas across the country.
