One of the beautiful, simple and familiar images of Saigon is street coffee. Street coffee is truly enjoyed while moving on the street, that is take away coffee. With a dynamic city and also full of energy of a bustling life, take away coffee has become an indispensable feature. Take away coffee for reasons such as: not having much time to enjoy it at the shop, the way to work is quite far so a cup of coffee is enjoyed on the long way, a drink to protect against the sun, quench thirst when the sun is blazing (such as these days of March).
For me, take-away coffee has the added sweetness of "sugar". Sugar here means the distance traveled. From home to the work unit is over 30 km. Having a cup of coffee is like having a close friend to accompany me. Coffee is first and foremost about enjoying its delicious taste.
