On the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2024), on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , I would like to send my warmest regards and best wishes to all cadres, union members and youth of the Army.
