Specifically, reclaiming 15,087m² of land at the land plot coded B1CC4 of the Tay Ho Tay Urban Center Project - Phase 1, Co Nhue 1 Ward and Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, used by THT Development Company Limited according to Decision No. 3725/QD-UBND dated August 20, 2012 and Decision No. 3009/QD-UBND dated June 30, 2015 of the Hanoi People's Committee, Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land No. CN 555777 issued by the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment on March 23, 2018.
The location, boundary and area of the land are determined according to the Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land No. CN 555777 issued by the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment on March 23, 2018.
Reason for revocation: THT Development Company Limited has transferred part of the investment project at the land plot coded B1CC4 of the Tay Ho Tay Urban Center Project - Phase 1, Co Nhue 1 Ward and Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District to VIESTA Company Limited according to the Contract for transferring part of the real estate project No. 10/2023/THT-VIESTA/PTC-B1CC4 dated December 27, 2023 and approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 6480/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2023, the Department of Planning and Investment certified in the Investment Registration Certificate No. 9842625745, first certified on December 25, 2023, and the first adjusted certificate on October 23, 2024.
Hanoi City decided to lease the recovered land area in Clause 1 of this Article to VIESTA Company Limited to continue implementing the B1CC4 Project in accordance with the objectives, contents, planning and progress of the project approved in Decision No. 6480/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2023 of the City People's Committee and Investment Registration Certificate No. 9842625745, first certified on December 25, 2023, first adjusted certificate on October 23, 2024 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment.
Land use form: State leases land with annual payment.
Term of use: from the date the City People's Committee signs the Land Lease Decision until August 20, 2062 (the remaining land use term in the Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land No. CN 555777 dated March 23, 2018).
