Bui Tien Dung is a famous goalkeeper of Vietnamese football, making a big impression when he won the runner-up of U23 Asia 2018, fourth place in Asiad 18. He started his professional football career at Thanh Hoa Club, then moved to Hanoi FC, Ho Chi Minh City Club and now Hanoi Police.

Despite being part of the historic Changzhou generation, the 26-year-old goalkeeper is not highly regarded for his professional skills. He is often a reserve at clubs, then lost his place in the national team. The last match Bui Tien Dung played was on February 14 when Hanoi Police lost 1-2 to Viettel in the 2023 V-League.
