Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed Decision No. 1582/QD-TTg dated July 22, 2025 of the Prime Minister appointing Colonel Vu Dai Duong, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Air Defense - Air Force, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force, Ministry of National Defense. The above Decision takes effect from July 22, 2025.
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has just signed the Prime Minister's decisions approving the election results and dismissal of the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.
Specifically, in Decision No. 1584/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, term 2021 - 2026, for: Mr. Le Van Anh, Provincial Party Committee member, former Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Quang Ninh province, term 2021 - 2026; Mr. Nguyen Van Cong, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Le Van Anh was born in 1973, his hometown is Hai Phong city. Mr. Le Van Anh was the Chief Inspector of Quang Ninh province, then transferred to hold the position of Secretary of Mong Cai City Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term. From June 2021 to July 2025, he held the position of Vice Chairman of the 14th Quang Ninh Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026; before being elected Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, term 2021 - 2026.
Mr. Nguyen Van Cong was born in 1981, his hometown is Quang Ninh province. Mr. Nguyen Van Cong was the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quang Ninh province from November 2020 to June 2021. From July 2021 to June 2025, he was the Secretary of the Dong Trieu City Party Committee. From July 1, 2025 until he was elected Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
In Decision No. 1583/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the results of the dismissal from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, term 2021 - 2026, for Mr. Cao Tuong Huy, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to receive a new assignment; Mr. Nghiem Xuan Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to receive a new assignment.
The above decisions take effect from July 22, 2025.
