Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message to South Korean Prime Minister Kim Min Seok.

On the occasion of Mr. Kim Min Seok's appointment as Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, on July 4, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message.

On July 3, Mr. Kim Min Seok was approved by the National Assembly as the new Prime Minister of South Korea. The voting results showed that the proposal to appoint Prime Minister candidate Kim Min Seok was passed with 173 votes in favor, 3 votes against and 3 invalid votes out of 179 lawmakers present.

Mr. Kim Min Seok, 61 years old, is known for his strategic role in Mr. Lee Jae Myung's presidential campaign. After taking office in June, President Lee Jae Myung nominated Mr. Kim Min Seok as Prime Minister in the new government .
