With a modern, friendly space and a rich collection of books, Thanh Liet Ward Library is gradually affirming its role as one of the meaningful cultural spots, attracting a large number of students, union members and young people in the area to study, learn and nurture their passion for reading.
During the bustling summer days, the library is always open to serve the reading and studying needs of the people. Regardless of the weather, sunny or rainy, the atmosphere in the library is always bustling with images of students attentively reading books, union members, and young people passionately searching for inspirational books.
From comics, life skills books to science and history books, the books are selected to suit each age group, creating excitement and stimulating the reader's exploration.
Nguyen Vy Thao Nguyen, a 5th grader at Pham Tu Primary School, said: “I really like reading historical comics and science discovery books. There are many good books in the library that I don’t have at home. Every week, I go there at least 2-3 times to read and borrow books to take home.”
Thanh Liet Ward Library has become a useful community space. Through the investment in building, maintaining and developing the ward library, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Thanh Liet Ward demonstrate their determination to improve the cultural and spiritual life of the people, especially the young generation - the future owners of the country.
