Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh highly appreciated the results of cooperation between Vietnam and the Czech Republic in general and between the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense and the Czech Republic Ministry of National Defense in particular. Accordingly, defense cooperation continues to be implemented in the right direction, in accordance with the commitments of the two sides in the Memorandum of Understanding on Bilateral Defense Cooperation signed in 2012, notably in the following areas: Exchange of delegations, especially high-level delegations, training, cooperation between armies, services, defense industry, scientific research and technology transfer...
Regarding the future direction, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh suggested that on the basis of the signed agreements, the two countries' Defense Ministries should continue to promote more effectively and substantially in the fields being implemented. At the same time, research and promote other areas of cooperation that both sides have the capacity and need, bringing defense cooperation to a new level, in line with the "Strategic Partnership" relationship that has just been upgraded between the two countries.
