According to the plan, the military artillery forces will move from their stationed positions to the F1 Racetrack, the Command Center and move along the parade route; then move back to their stationed positions.

At 0:30 on August 6, under the order of the organizing committee, the units conducted mobile training through Ba Dinh Square. The mobile force was organized into formations, including: Block 1 was tracked vehicles, armored vehicles, and artillery; Block 2 was wheeled artillery; Block 3 was special police vehicles. The mobile marching formation was in a single column.

In the training practice, the following situations are expected to occur: Vehicles encounter technical problems on the mobile road; traffic jams occur; if traffic safety is lost during the mobile process. The handling measures are for units to organize repairs themselves, promptly report to the Operational Commander to handle the situations and the superior technical force to repair and rescue the mobile, together with the police force at the traffic control stations to handle the situations...

This practical training aims to train officers and drivers to have a firm grasp of the mobile routes; unify command and operation work to ensure technical safety of vehicles, machines, and armored vehicles from the stationing location to the location for general training, preliminary review, final rehearsal, and official mission of A80 in Ba Dinh. At the same time, check the entire traffic system on the route (width, height, load capacity...).
