Regarding the incident, the management company of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 spoke out to deny it. This unit said that it had received information about some beauty salons, organizations and individuals using social networks to cut, edit and use false images of Miss Que Anh. "All of those images are products of cutting, editing and are absolutely not images of Miss Que Anh before or now," the management company responded.
According to the 10X beauty, the false information has seriously violated the honor, dignity, and image of Miss Grand Vietnam 2024, and at the same time seriously violated the image, reputation, rights, and legitimate interests of the company. This unit further responded: "This information has caused disturbances and confusion in public opinion, negatively affecting the artistic activities of Miss Que Anh and the business situation of the company."

Vo Le Que Anh's side requested that businesses, organizations and individuals stop posting and sharing false images. At the same time, this unit requested to withdraw, correct and publicly apologize to the management company and Miss Que Anh. "We are collecting all falsely posted content, spreading false images and content in accordance with legal regulations to report the incident to competent management agencies for handling," said the beauty born in 2001.
