The Border Guard Command (BĐBP) has just held a ceremony to honor "Outstanding Young Faces" and "Promising Young Faces" of the Border Guard in 2023. In the list of individuals honored, the Quang Tri Border Guard force has a typical representative, Senior Lieutenant Truong Trung Duong (born in 1998), currently working at the Drug and Crime Prevention Task Force (PCMT&TP) under the PCMT&TP Department, Provincial Border Guard.

It is known that Senior Lieutenant Truong Trung Duong is from Trieu Hoa commune, Trieu Phong district. Before being awarded the title of "Outstanding Young Face" of the Border Guard in 2023, Senior Lieutenant Duong was honored to receive the title of "Promising Young Face" of the Border Guard in 2022.
Also in 2022, Mr. Duong won the “Outstanding Young Face” award of Quang Tri province. Not only that, he has also been commended and rewarded many times for his outstanding achievements in the fight against drugs.
