Tien Hai: Training to improve cultural management skills

On the morning of March 25, Tien Hai district coordinated with Thai Binh College of Culture and Arts to organize a training conference on cultural management skills for grassroots cadres, aiming to contribute to the effective implementation of the program of building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas by 2025.

At the training course, 350 delegates who are cultural officials of communes, towns, village heads, heads of residential groups and cadres working on village fronts in the district studied two topics on exploiting architectural and sculptural art on cyberspace to contribute to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values in the current period; managing and exploiting cultural values in building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas.

Through the training, trainees are equipped with basic knowledge of architecture and sculpture; skills to exploit artistic values on cyberspace to serve the management and promotion of local heritage values; at the same time, grasp methods of preventing and combating wrong views and ideologies on cyberspace related to the cultural field. From there, helping trainees to flexibly apply models suitable to the actual situation in villages and communes, contributing to improving the effectiveness of building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas in the area.
