Local leaders reported on the operation of the new commune after the merger, difficulties and problems, and made recommendations to the province on issues such as: repairing and upgrading the infrastructure system, schools and classrooms, adding equipment to agencies and units to improve the quality of operations; adding more commune police force and teachers who are still lacking...
The heads of the delegation asked the leaders of the communes to report on the progress of the implementation of the tasks after the reorganization of the commune-level administrative units, especially the problems and incidents arising from the grassroots. Strengthen the exchange with competent authorities, departments and branches of the province to promptly resolve difficulties and problems in order to have timely solutions, ensuring the stable and effective operation of the new commune apparatus.
