A clip of over 1 minute long, circulating on social media about a flag-raising ceremony on the first working day of the year after the Tet holiday, has attracted the attention of the online community. In the clip, thousands of workers in red shirts with yellow stars salute the flag to the music of the song Tien Quan Ca. Notably, the ceremony is held in the workshop, with workers standing solemnly at their work stations.

According to the posted content, the above video was filmed at Wooin Vina Company Limited (Thap - Hong - Ky Industrial Park, Dien Chau District, Nghe An Province). Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hao - Chairman of the Trade Union of Wooin Vina Company Limited - confirmed to Dan Tri reporter that the above clip was recorded at the company. "The flag-raising ceremony has been held and maintained for many years. All officers and employees of the company perform the flag-raising ceremony on Monday morning and the first working day after the Lunar New Year holiday," Mr. Hao informed.

According to the Union Chairman, this is a regulation issued by Ms. Jung An Na - Director of the company since the company was first established in 2012. The flag-raising activity at the beginning of this week has been included in the company's operating regulations and applied to all leaders, workers and employees of the company. "Ms. Jung An Na hopes that through this activity, she will continue to foster patriotism, national pride, solidarity and unity among workers. Through this meaningful action, the company's leaders hope that workers will be more attached to the business and compete in production. In the factory, there are two national flags, the Vietnamese flag and the Korean flag. Every Monday morning, before work, the flag-raising ceremony is held. According to regulations, workers wear red shirts with yellow stars, solemnly perform the flag-raising ceremony and sing the Vietnamese national anthem," Mr. Hao shared.
