Along with the whole country, Hanoi city has officially operated a 2-level local government apparatus. From 30 districts, towns, the capital now has 126 communes and wards after the arrangement.

The project to build a resettlement area and low-rise housing in Hoang Mai ward has not been completed and put into use.

Although 88.99% of the contract signed in 2017 has been completed, the resettlement building at plot B10/ODK3, Yen So ward, Hoang Mai district (old), now under the administrative boundary of Hoang Mai ward (new), has not yet been completed and put into use.

The project's delay has caused a huge waste of invested budget, land and years of care, making everyone feel sorry.

In the context of deep international integration and continuous development, maintaining order, discipline and the rule of law is a prerequisite for building a civilized, safe and sustainable society.

However, the efforts of the Party and State in this field are often distorted and misrepresented by hostile forces to cause skepticism among public opinion.
