Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Huc Commune, Ho Van Don, informed that Provincial Road 587 through the commune is about 16 km long, passing through the villages of Van Ri, Ta Nuc, Ta Rung, Cu Dong, Ta Cu. In the past time, especially due to the impact of consecutive floods from the beginning of October 2024 until now, the road has been damaged to an even more severe extent. Strong water flowing down from the mountain slopes has caused puddles of soil and mud to appear on the road surface, and the two sides of the road have been heavily eroded, creating many deep ditches.

Preliminary statistics show that there are about 10 severely damaged spots on Provincial Road 587 passing through the commune, causing difficulties and dangers for people and students to travel. This is a vital route, with a large number of people and vehicles traveling every day; it is also the main route for transporting agricultural products, goods, and students' way to school.

Therefore, local authorities and people recommend that competent authorities and road management units promptly take measures to remedy the above situation to ensure traffic safety.
