BTO-On May 28, Duc Linh District Youth Union coordinated with the District Center for Communication - Culture and Sports to organize the 2nd Duc Linh District "Green Race" Swimming Tournament in 2023.
The tournament had 48 athletes aged 8-14 from 12 communes and towns in the district. The athletes competed in the 50m freestyle swimming event. Thanks to careful training, the athletes performed well in their competitions. As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 4 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 4 bronze medals to the athletes with the best results.
This is a useful and healthy playground for students during the summer; at the same time, it equips teenagers and children with swimming knowledge and skills, contributing to the prevention of drowning accidents and injuries in children, especially during the rainy and stormy season.
