At the meeting, members of the Logistics Support Team discussed and agreed to propose 8 groups of tasks with the goal of implementing logistics work to serve the Congress in a thoughtful, solemn, fast, timely, economical and absolutely safe manner. Mobilize all resources, ensure synchronous coordination, organize the implementation of tasks scientifically , professionally, effectively and safely; assign specific tasks to relevant agencies, units and individuals; promptly handle issues arising during the service of the Congress.
Comrade Le Duc Khai, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Head of the Logistics Team chaired the meeting.
Accordingly, the Logistics Support Team has assigned 14 agencies and units (including: Provincial Party Committee Office, Provincial People's Committee Office, National Assembly Delegation Office - Provincial People's Council, Provincial Party Committee Organization Board, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Finance, Department of Health, Provincial Youth Union, Ninh Thuan Newspaper, Phan Rang-Thap Cham City People's Committee, Provincial General Hospital, Ninh Thuan Post Office, Ninh Thuan Electricity, Ninh Thuan Telecommunications) to undertake the tasks that need to be implemented. The focus is on ensuring the budget for organizing the Congress in accordance with regulations and approved estimates; organizing the printing and distribution of documents, invitations, congress badges, and celebrations. Arranging seating charts for delegates in the hall; arranging the working room of the Congress Presidium, the room for receiving invited delegates, the group discussion room, the ballot counting room, the office room, and the medical service room. Reviewing and ensuring facilities, means, and arranging the hall to serve the Congress; Ensure the supply of electricity, water, communication, and postal items during the Congress; ensure food safety and hygiene in halls, restaurants, and hotels serving delegates attending the Congress. Arrange to receive flowers and congratulatory messages to the Congress; guide and take invited delegates on tours when requested. Based on the content of the plan, the Logistics Team requests members participating in serving the 15th Provincial Party Congress and the agencies and units assigned to take the initiative in implementing, ensuring the time and content assigned.
